You enter the fee for the class a single time — monthly, quarterly, half-yearly or annual — and every student's instalment schedule is created automatically. Students who join mid-session are added to the register on their own, so nobody quietly falls through.

The monthly collection view
Each month you get one line per student: collected in full, partly, or not yet — and what happens to the remainder. Forgiving a balance is recorded with your reason, so the school's numbers stay honest rather than being quietly edited.

What Gurubotto does not do
Stated plainly so you can judge the fit before paying:

Common questions
- Can it handle a different fee for one student?
- Yes. You can set a custom yearly fee for an individual student — for example ₹800 where the class pays ₹1,000 — and the unpaid instalments re-spread. The change is recorded with an audit trail and never drops below what the student has already paid.
- Does it collect fees online from parents?
- No. Gurubotto records payments your school has received (cash, UPI, bank). It does not run a parent payment gateway.
- Can I get a defaulter list?
- Yes — students with outstanding balances and how much, viewable by the teacher for their class and by the admin school-wide, with Excel and PDF export.
- What if a student joins in the middle of the session?
- They are added to the fee register automatically the next time the page loads, with their instalments created, so the register never silently misses a child.
- What does fee management cost?
