Delete your Gurubotto account

You can start this request while signed in or after uninstalling the Android app.

What happens next

  1. We verify that you control the account.
  2. If you administer a school, we arrange transfer of school ownership and active subscriptions first.
  3. We delete or de-identify account-linked personal data and ask relevant processors to remove it where applicable.
  4. We confirm completion. Limited invoice, fraud-prevention, security and audit records may be retained where required.

Before requesting

Download any materials you need and cancel an active subscription with its payment provider. Deleting your account does not automatically reverse a completed payment.
